Can I use the mice and Memory Men from Pat Says Now with any computer?
All our USB products are equipped with USB port. An easy connection with any computer PC and Mac is guaranteed.

Do I need any additional software to use the mouse?
No, the mouse will be recoginzed by the computer immediately and does not need any additional software.

Do the Pat Says Now products have a warranty?
Yes, all products have a 3 years warranty from the date of purchase.

What do I have to do in case of a warranty claim?
Return the item to your Pat Says Now dealer. He will replace it and contact Pat Says Now. If you bought your product in our Online Shop please contact us by mail: mouse@pat-says-now.com or by phone (+49 (0) 2041 - 37 28 100).

Do I have to clean the mouse?
No, due to the modern optical sensor there is no need to clean the mouse anymore.

My mouse does not work properly. What can I do?
All Pat Says Now mice work via plug & play. If your mouse does not work properly check the connections and restart your computer. If the problem persists please deinstall your mouse driver and download a driver from the Pat Says Now homepage. You'll find them in the service section of the Mouseshop.
